Shouto is a young man at the age of 17.
His kagune takes the form of rinkaku tentacles.
Shouto is currently still unknown to the CCG (Civilian).
Shouto is a rather lean but muscular young adult. He achieved his well trained body through intense exercise and muscle workouts. His hairline is split into two parts, the right side of his hair is colored white like the snow, whereas the left side has a burning red color to it. Just like his hair his pupils also have different colours: His right pupil is grey in color, in contrast to the ocean blue color of his left eye. Shouto generally wears a white shirt, covered by a grey suit and finished off with a dark grey tie. He covers his lower half in black trousers and black shoes, giving him a very noble look. He often brushes back the right, white side of his hair, leaving the red side hanging in his face.
Shouto's story dates back to his childhood where he lifed in a rather not-so-ordinary family. Both of his parents were ghouls, which is to be expected, but they lifed together with a family of humans, who were close friends of his parents. And both of the "Human" parents knew about the ghoul identity of Shouto and his parents. Any ordinary human would have long called the ccg but these humans were different, they lifed together with Shouto's family just like they were normal humans and treated them as such. And never did they think about letting the family be captured. And so until the age of 15. As some strangers saw Shouto's parent's hunting down a civilian they were tracked down to their house, which resulted in a massacre where both of Shouto's parents and the father of the other family were killed. The mother helped Shoto escaped and send him into a nearby standing truck, resulting in Shouto being driven far away from his home, into the city of tokyo. In the underground Shouto trained his fighting abilities together with some unknown ghouls, as he was driven by his desire to change the world into a world of peace and harmony. Ever since Shouto felt like being one of only a view ghouls who really understood and wished for a harmony between ghoul and human, just like his parents were able to. Since then Shouto tried blending in with society and trying to understand humans more. Out of that his interest for human literature and culture grew, gaining him quite a bit of knowledge of the world. He still conserved his rather quiet nature while being very warm hearted and kind.
His mentality is mainly build around his desire of creating a world of symphony and harmony, where everyone can live together. Unlike many other ghouls he is not driven by his desire of "eating", he only does if he needs to. Rather he likes to help humans and also once joined a literature club, talking about many kinds of books. Only when he is engaged in combot he looses he warm hearted soul, however, only if he gets attacked, Shouto himself would never fall into aggressive behavior unless the security of others is at stake. He likes to refer to himself as the Human of the ghouls.
